Shatyly is a desolate mountain area in Kyrgyzstan with very impressive views on Issyk Kul from the south of the lake. The Panorama Shatyly Issyk Kul is a well known place where you can enjoy the view as a hiker. It’s recommendable to hike higher on the east side of that panorama. That offers even more impressive atmosphere with views above the Panorama Shatyly. I filmed that just before the sunset as you can see in the last scenes on this video.
