Soothing places founder is Tomas Johan Kristian Vanderplaetse. He is a musician, composer (Suntapes) and content creator in the travel industry. With much passion and happiness during travels, Tomas constantly films amazing landscapes in many regions in the world. There is a focus on nature, regenerative places, ecology and places with a relaxing and desolate vibe. The filmed video material inspires him in his music studio for compositions. Currently, he has filmed stunning places in many areas in Asia and also areas in Europe, Africa, North America and Canada. For the soundtracks, he uses piano, Asian and African acoustic instruments, field recordings and many electronic instruments.
Working together with directors and cameramen, Tomas receives stunning video material of many other places in the world. He and his videographer partners will keep travelling to many places in the world in collaboration with destination marketing organisations, travel agencies and environmental organisations.
